- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features or operational boundaries within our applications.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, visual designs, vector icons, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, and documentation associated with Krok Applications are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Krok. All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Krok.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Krok Applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Krok makes no express or implied representations or warranties of any kind regarding the operational uptime, error-free execution, or fitness for a particular purpose of any software published by Krok.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krok, its founders, and software engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Krok Application.
7. Modifications to Software and Terms
Krok reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any Krok Application or feature at any time. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
