Krok ("we", "us", "our") develops mobile applications, web platforms, and digital software solutions. This Privacy Policy applies universally to all mobile applications (iOS & Android), web platforms, digital tools, and software services developed, published, or maintained by Krok (collectively, "Krok Applications").

All applications developed by Krok are built with a privacy-by-design architecture. Across our entire suite of software products:

• No User Account Registration: Users are not required to create accounts or provide personal details such as names, phone numbers, or email addresses to use our applications.
• No Personal Identifiers: We do not gather, record, or store personal identifiers or contact lists.
• No Precise Location Tracking: Krok Applications do not request or collect GPS coordinates or real-time location data.
• No Cross-App Tracking: We do not track persistent advertising identifiers (such as IDFA, AAID, or device MAC addresses) across apps or websites.

3. Zero Data Resale or Monetization

Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing to monetize or share:

• No Data Resale: We do not sell, license, trade, or rent user data to third-party data brokers, marketing networks, or advertisers.
• No Third-Party Ad Trackers: We do not embed hidden third-party tracking scripts, profiling toolkits, or ad-tech monitoring SDKs inside Krok Applications.

4. Local On-Device Data Storage

Any configuration settings, user preferences, or application states created within Krok Applications remain stored locally on your device's internal storage sandbox. Data processed locally does not leave your device unless you explicitly initiate an export or synchronization via your operating system's native cloud providers (such as Apple iCloud or Google Drive).

5. Device Permissions & Third-Party Services

If any Krok Application requests device permissions (such as camera access, storage, or notifications), these permissions are used exclusively on your local device to deliver the requested feature. Permission-gated data is never sent to external servers owned or operated by Krok.

6. Children's Privacy

All applications published by Krok are safe for users of all ages, including children under 13. We strictly adhere to COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR, and global privacy frameworks by refusing to harvest personal data from any user.
